HOW to Use
How to use and get the most out of your Bathe Salts
Step 1: Prepare Your Bath
- Fill your bathtub with warm water, aiming for a temperature that's comfortable and relaxing (around 37-39°C or 98-102°F).
- While the tub is filling, pour 2-3 handfuls (about 100-150g) of the Bathe bath salts into the water. The salts will dissolve and release their beneficial minerals and essential oils.
Step 2: Soak and Relax
- Once the salts have fully dissolved, step into the bath and immerse yourself in the water.
- Soak for at least 20 minutes to allow your body to absorb the minerals from the four different salts and the soothing effects of the essential oils. Take deep breaths to enjoy the aromatic experience.
Step 3: Post-Bath Care
- After your soak, gently pat your skin dry to retain moisture and the benefits of the essential oils.
- Apply a Restore Body Oil to lock in hydration and prolong the soothing effects of the bath.
- For an enhanced experience, pair the bath with a relaxing activity, like listening to calming music or enjoying a cup of herbal tea.
