The Floragy Holistic Facial was a thoroughly relaxing experience from the moment I walked in. The treatment room is a warm environment with a sense of calm. I found the whole place really calming and peaceful - lighting/temp/comfort of the bed all spot on. As for the treatment itself it was just right - not too invasive or intense but totally relaxing and felt like such a pampering experience. The products used were all gorgeous (but I knew that anyway having used several before ), nothing is overpowering or “chemically” and my skin has felt great since . I know I wasn’t meant to touch my face too much afterwards but it felt so nice I couldn’t resist!!! Overall a really lovely indulgent experience and will def be back for another xxx

Meet the Facialist
I’ve always had a passion for skincare which is what inspired me to develop my own skincare brand Floragy, back in 2019. The next natural step was to complete a VTCT qualification in skincare and facials which I obtained at The Ray Cochrane School in London to be able to use my own products in treatments.
My treatment room is based in Apotheca, 14 West Street, Faversham, Kent, where I’ll be offering customised facials in a beautiful serene setting leaving you relaxed, calm and restored. I’m passionate about delivering the best treatments and customer service to make every facial a joyful, grounding and unique experience.
Every facial will use my award winning naturally derived skincare range. Critically acclaimed by skincare experts, my products offer an effective natural experience for my treatments catering for all skin types and conditions.
I’m fully accredited and insured, my aim is to improve client skin concerns using techniques to give long lasting effects. I’ll be continuing my professional development through further training and qualifications to be able to cater for all types of facials in the near future.

We advise to wait 2 weeks before having a facial after dermal fillers to avoid moving the product in the skin.
We recommend removing heavy eye makeup before a treatment so that you can enjoy the full experience.
Yes of course! Please let us know if you are pregnant so we can ensure your comfort throughout the treatment.

We ask that all clients pay a deposit upon booking their appointment, this deposit will not be refunded if the appointment is cancelled.
If you could arrive 10 minutes before the start of your appointment.
Avoid any waxing, threading and tanning for 24 hours before your facial.
We would recommend a facial 2-3 days prior to an event to ensure radiant skin.
Aftercare advice will be given to each client at the end of their appointment to ensure you get the best out of your treatment.
A facial once per month to maintain skin health is recommended. Maximum results will be achieved with regular treatments whether that be once per week to address specific skin concerns or using an Express Facial as an instant skin boost.
