How it works...
The cleanser begins as an oil, which, upon contact with water, emulsifies into a lightweight milk. This transformation allows the product to bind to excess oil, grime, SPF, and makeup, ensuring thorough cleansing without leaving an oily residue. The emulsification process enables easy rinsing, leaving the skin feeling fresh and glowing.

How to use...
To remove make-up and dirt apply a couple of pumps onto hands and gently massage into the face in circular motions. Wet hands with water and massage face again to turn the oil into a milky texture. Rinse face with water and pat dry.

Ingredient & Benefits
- Camellia Seed Oil (Camellia Sinensis) – A lightweight and easily absorbed oil, rich in vitamin A, can help to regenerate skin. The oil also has excellent conditioning properties.
- Grapeseed Oil (Vitis Vinifera) – contains Vitamin E which protects the skin from free radicals and improves skin tone.
- Durosoft PG4-O (Polyglyceryl-4 Oleate) – a natural emulsifier derived from Sunflower Oil.
- Sunflower Seed Oil (Helianthus Annuus) – The vitamin E in sunflower seed oil can help protect the collagen and elastin in the skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles in your face.
- Olive Squalane – Excellent for skin conditioning, helps to soften lines and works with other antioxidants within the skin to neutralize oxygen molecules.
- Tocopherol (Vitamin E) – Slows oxidisation and penetrates through the skin to provide beneficial antioxidant effects to help support skin health through cell function and protect against free radicals which can cause premature ageing.

I love it on my skin just wish it was bigger
I love this cleanser and have been using it as part of my cleansing routine for over a year now. My skin has been much clearer, more well balanced and less prone to breakouts since I started using it.

I love the oil to milk cleanser. It’s gentle on my skin, removes make up and has brightened my skin and removed all blemishes within the first couple of uses! Didn't think it would be possible as my skin was dry and blemished with dark spots but from first use my skin felt smoother and softer! Would definitely recommend!
This cleanser is a game changer for me. I always thought that the tightness that I felt after cleansing meant my skin was clean, how wrong I was! This cleanser removes all make up and my pretty intense SPF without any tightness at all. My skin feels super clean with no tightness at all, in fact it glows! I am a convert 😍

This is the most effective, AND most gentle, soothing and non-drying cleanser I have ever used. Gently cleaned my far and removes my favourite waterproof Mascara, and leaves my skin feeling so soft. I love it. Genuinely, for the first time in my life, I’m enjoying cleansing and removing makeup at the end of the day - feels therapeutic and smells heavenly.
So gentle. My skin is very reactive to cleansing. It can be the make it break of my skin care routine. To the point that I just used water and clothe but this one is a make it one. Yay

This Floragy cleanser is my favourite all time cleanser. My skin is mature and dry, but doesn’t feel it now that I’m using this. I love Floragy products, they’re pure with no hidden nasties. A superb range.
I absolutely love this cleanser! I recently had a bit of a skin flare-up and have been slowly reintroducing products into my routine, this one has been a total standout. It’s super gentle but still feels like it’s doing a thorough job, and I love how it melts away makeup without leaving my skin feeling stripped. My skin feels calm, clean, and really nourished after using it. A definite new staple in my routine!
Very nice cleanser. Good consistency, not too thick that it can’t be removed with a wipe of a warm wet cloth. I have combination skin and I have to be careful when products are too thick and heavy but this leaves my skin feeling soft, hydrated and not oily.

The Oil-to-milk Cleanser has been the best product I have ever used on my skin. I recently developed sensitive skin in my 50s and some redness would appear on my skin which was very difficult to calm. This product has completely calmed the redness and has helped my skin look fresh, radiant and without any harsh ingredients! i also love the option to buy a refill so it is cheaper and better for the planet.

This is a beautiful oil, gentle and calming. It leaves my skin clean and soft and glowing with absolutely no irritation! A staple in my night time routine!
Fabulous product. I developed facia excema in my early 60’s & was unable to use my go to, reliable cleanser anymore. I found that it stripped my skin after use leaving it dryer, tight & very irritated. So, I tried many alternatives to cream/lotion cleansers; most recently trying a very expensive so-called waterless brand with the same results. In fact all of the oil cleansers I’ve tried have resulted in spotty breakouts. I wasn’t holding out much hope with this one but as pleased at least that I could buy a trial size. I noticed the difference with the first use. Honestly? I couldn’t believe it ; gently cleansed, smooth, soft skin and no reaction/irritation. Easy to use with pump dispensing exactly the right amount. This is a keeper. I am so delighted to have found a product that works with brand research/ethics I love. Thank you Louisa!

This is the perfect cleanser for my sensitive, rosacea-prone skin. I've tried so many cleansers recently - foaming ones dry my skin, and cream cleansers aren't that effective unless you use them with a flannel which irritates my skin. This cleanser removes make-up, doesn't dry my skin out, and rinses away easily. A couple of pumps are all that's needed for a full cleanse. No need for a second cleanse. Brilliant stuff!

This cleanser is a game changer :) What I love most about this unique cleanser is the alchemic change from the luxurious oil to a milk, meaning I can splash my face with water! It helps me feel awake in the morning and clean before bed, and is why I have tended to avoid cream cleansers in preference for glycerine soap.... until now.

Absolutely love this gentle cleanser which goes on like a balm but can be rinsed off in the shower, such a beautifully convenient product. It is nurturing and feels like a special treat every morning. I use it with the revive oil (a good combo!) and the eye serum. Now looking at the moisturisers. Such gorgeous products.

I first came across this product when looking at the Beauty shortlist awards and saw this had won best cleanser. I use it when I get in from work to remove makeup and it's so easy as it's simply rubbing it onto your face, adding water and rinsing it off. It doesn't leave any residue and doesn't leave my face tight like some cleansers have. It is so comforting and I thoroughly recommend it. I am enjoying using this. Customer service is excellent and will definitely be using Floragy again.

On my third bottle of the cleanser, it’s amazing, it’s fantastic for sensitivity especially as there is no need for a cloth, easy to remove
