DELIVERY INFORMATION

COVID-19 IMPORTANT INFORMATION: We are still able to deliver to any address in the UK. Royal Mail is experiencing some delays at the moment due to reduced staff and more mail being sent, so your order may take longer than usual to get to you. 
We aim to dispatch orders within 72 hours of receipt
Orders placed at the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed the following Monday

General delivery information:

  • Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as a general guide, as delays can sometimes occur that are outside of our control, particularly during busy times such as Christmas.
  • Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have provided on the order form – please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect/incomplete addresses.
  • Floragy cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery caused by any third party, as this is outside of our control.
